Community Room Details:

• Capacity – 95 People
• 42 Blue Chairs
• 24 Black Chairs
• 11 Black Tables – Seats 4
• 4 White Tables – Seats 6-8
• Access to Kitchenette with microwave, oven/stove, coffee maker, and more

Community Room Pricing:

• $20/Hour – 1 Hour Minimum
• $100 for 6 Hours (Best Value)
• Room payment is due at contract signing to confirm reservation.
• $150 Security Deposit of cash or check is due one week before your event. You will get this deposit back after your event as long as no damages and/or violations of the contract occur.
